Travel Using AP?

I am planning to travel India next month and want to return Using AP.
I have a question that recently i noticed that i have some 33 days gap between my first H1B And second H1B. My first H1B expired on Jan 10th 2003and my second H1B receipt date is Feb 13th 2003. Please let me know is this cause any problem to my travel using Advance parole? I will greatly Appriciated your quick response.

Did you mailed the extension application before the expiry of the previous tenure? You have to furnish the employment dates in the DS157 form anyway ...
 
Hi man,

It happend long back in 2003.I got Ap and EAD now. i am travelling on Ap. is that gap cause any problem ?
