My parents are currently in India and I have applied for their I-130 (petition for Alien Relative). Is it advisable for them to travel to USA on B2 (tourist ) visa for 3-4 months? Both of my parents are retired and my only sibling is also settled in US. Can they be denied at the port of entry? Thanks
