Hi All,
Currently I am on H4 which is valid till next year and now, i have got a job offer in Canada which would require me to move in Canada. In this scenario
1. Will my H4 visa be still valid to enter in US?
2. Once entered for how long can i stay in US?
3. Would i require to show any leave approval for say 2 month or whatsoever?
4. What kind of questions can i expect at the port of entry?
It would be really helpful if someone could throw light on these.
