Travel to Puerto Rico while I485 pending

I have a valid stamped H1B visa and from India. I have applied for I485 last week. Can I travel to Puerto Rico while I485 pending using valid passport and H1Bvisa?.. I don't have EAD or AP at this point. Will this anyway impact my I485?
