Travel to Panama w/ RP. Do I need a visa?

Hi guys, long time no chat here. Anyone has any experience traveling to Panama on RTD or RP? I have tried to call their consulate but no one answers and I don't tihnk there's one here in LA.

Any experiences or links would be helpful, thank you all.

call the consulate in NYC they are very helpful. Yhet yoldme that w>ggc you don;t need avisa but they have to give a letter stating that at the consulate stating that you don;t need one
