I-140 August 2003
I-485 - June 10, 2003
Travel Document - Renewed second time approved
Six Year on H1B expired Nov 2003
Seventh Year Extension Obtained in 2003 which again expired in Nov 2004
I would like to go to india for couple of weeks. Am I safe to travel, What documents do I need to show at the airport in India since my visa on passport has expired. Is there any issue in travel.

if u have valid AP u r good 2 go.

Keep a few photocopies of ur AP -- you can show these at the Indian immigration desk and they can keep the copy if they want to.

All you really need is the AP + ur PP - that's it.
Keep 485 receipt if you have it -- not reqd but might as well take it, if you have it.
