Please help to solve the confusion.
My case is moved from Texas to Ohio on May 25th, and it reads " for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months . " I am working on EAD, and I am having Advance Parole.
Due to some domestic reason back at India, I am in need of traveling by end of this month, my route is via Honkong, Singapore/Bankong (return), India to avoid transit visa requirement in Europe (I am having EAD only no US visa).
Please advice is it safe to travel with AP at this point?
What is the time period between Interview call notice and Interview?
