Travel to India with Wrong DOB on Plastic

I have receieved my plastic card with wrong DOB on it. I need to travel to India and do not have enough time to apply for correction. Would I be experiencing problems at Port of Entry while coming back? Any experiences/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also have valid H1 visa on my passport but not sure if it would be of any help.

Travel on your I-551 stamp

Call the 1-800 number and tell them that there is a mistake in your GC plastic card. Travel on your I-551 stamp in the passport. If you don't have your I-551 stamp, set up an Infopass appointment.
