Hello Everyone:
I am traveling to India in December. I have a valid AP and valid H1 petition. I haven't stamped my renewed H1. Here are my questions:
1. When I trvael out, do I have to surrender my Expired I-94 and the I-94 Stub attached to my H1 Petition ( Valid until 2004) .
2. Is it necessary that I get my H1 stamped in India?
3. If I do not stamp my H1 and use my AP to reenter USA, do I lose my H1 Status?
4. My wife has Valid H4 and also has AP. Which one does she has to use when she returns?
