I will be going to India in December. I had applied for Advanced parole and it was approved. later I talked to my attorney she told me it is better to come on an H1 visa as if my green card application is denied for any reason. My H1 extension was approved but not stamped in passport.
1. So do I need to get my visa validated in Mumbai consulate?.
2. Any experience with coming on Advanced parole?
3. Any experience that you or your friend had while getting an H1 visa stamp.
4. What is the procedure for getting Visa at Mumbai/Drop box/hours?
