Back Ground:
I came to USA on B1 and changed it to F-1 and then to H1-B. I have been with the current company from 2004 they have sponsored my H1-B and GC. My current H1B expired on NOV 13 but I filed for extension before the expiry and it is still pending. I have my I-485 case pending with USCIS on EB-2 India quota. I never traveled out of USA and I was never out of status.
I have approved I-140, EAD and AP and I am planning on traveling to India next week.
1. When they say we need to turn our I-94’s to the Airlines which I-94 should be turned in? The one I got when I entered US in 2000 or the latest I-94 which came with the H1B which expired in NOV13 2007?
2. Is there is list of documents that we need to carry to come back on AP. Ofcource I will have my AP, Passport and EAD. Is there anything else that is required?
