I switched Employers using AC-21 and am now travelling to India. I will use AP to re-enter US.

1. While departing from US, should I return back by the stapled I-94 card on my passport (expired) or also the I-94 of my extended H1(previous employer) or both ?
2. Would I need any letter from my current Emlployer while entering US ?
3. Any other docs required other than I-485 reciept/I-140 and passport ?

Thanks

1. All non-immigrants have to return all I-94's when they leave US. Make copies of your I-94 for your records.
2. Yes, a letter of employment would be a good idea.
3. Carry some pay stubs from current employer, a photo id ( driver license) along with 485 receipt and 140 approval (if available). Of course passport is required.
