Travel to India on Advance Parole while H1B extention Pending

Hello:

Can any one please advise as how wise will it be to travel to india on

1) Advance Parole and EAD which is valid till mid of 2007
2) 485 Processing is still pending but is outside the current processing time, but its not yet over 30 days. Its at Texas service center
3) H1B extention pending
4) No valid H1 Visa Stamp on Passport
