I have valid H1 visa but entered into USA on AP. Later, after my I140 was denied I applied for H1 extension to come back to H1 status. My old visa(based on my old H1) is valid till Mar2005. Now I need to travel to Europe for short official visit. Can I come back to USA with the existing visa? or I need get it stamped with the H1 extension petition? I am working for the same employer.
