Shengen visas

Hmm.. First of all, Paris is not a country..
Assuming, that your citizenship makes it necessary to obtain a visa...

To get a so called Shengen visa, go to a consulate of the country where you\'ll be making your first stop. Eg.: if you\'re contemplating a European voyage starting from France to the Netherlands to Germany to Austria, you\'ll need to apply for a visa in the French Embassy/Consulate. Shengen Visa are issued for stays up to 90 days and are valid for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain. (I believe this list should also include Norway and Finland effective this year). Each consulate sets their own rules and processing times, though.

To visit the UK, you\'ll have to apply for a separate British visa.

Bon voyage

Thanks !

This is really helpful.. But what about entering back using AP?
Is there any risk? and what are the worse consequences?

Thanks.

just came back using AP

You should not have any problems coming back on AP. Last weekend we flew from Jamaica to JFK. The immigration officer at the counter will take you to the INS room (don\'t panic its there standard procedure) where you have to wait for few minutes and they will put a stamp on your passport that you can continue your 485 process.

Enjoy your trip...paris is nice.
