Our parole visa expired this August, and we have not yet applied for a renewal, as we thought we will get our approval in the near future.
In the meantime, can we travel to Canada without a parole visa. Some people say that once U apply for 485,we can travel to canada without any visa and come back.
we are confused. it seems it takes 4 months to get a parole visa.
In the mean time, we are planning to travel to India in December. God willing, our 485 should be cleared b4 that. if not, can we go to the local INS office to get a parole visa.
