Hello,
I have an Advance Parole I-512 which is valid for 10 more months. I had applied for my 485 EB-3 in June 2005.
I was wondering if i have to make an official visit to Canada do i need a Canadian visa. I am hearing different views from HR in our company. I have also tried to contact the attorneys.
Any help will be appreciated.
