Travel to Bermuda, and Puerto Rico

Hi everyone, I'm currently working in the US with an approved H1B. However, I haven't gone out of the US to get it stamped (it was processed while in the US, right after school).
My question is... can I travel (for vacation) to Puerto Rico or Bermuda without the visa in my passport? I know I can travel anywhere in the US, but are these two places considered like any other state for visa purposes?
Thanks

Bermuda is under the UK, so you cannot travel there without a H1-B Visa already stamped in your passport, or a UK Visa.

Thanks for your reply! I'm looking at different vacation destinations and I made a mistake in my post. The two places I'm interested in are: Puerto Rico, and US virgin Islands.....I already disregarded Bermuda for the same reason that you pointed out.
Can you shed any light on the other two places? Is the visa stamp required, or can I travel just with my driver's license as I would do to travel to for example from Chicago to Denver?
Thanks a lot

Joe- thanks for your reply. I didn't undestand your post very well.....in one sentence you say: 'You do not need a visa to travel there', but on another sentence you say: 'they do check your US visa when you travel there'

As I said before, I work legally in the US (H1B application, I94, etc current) but I never went out of the US to get the visa stamped. Therefore I wouldn't be able to show any visas. However if I go by your first sentence, I should be able to travel to both places with just my NY driver's license, RIght?

Thanks

Joe-Thanks a lot for your help. Do you know if the same rules that you mentioned for Puerto Rico apply for the US virgin Islands?

If I decided to take the risk and travel to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands without a visa(but a valid I94, and passport), and for whatever reason when returning to NY the inmigration agent doesn't let me in........could I just re-enter the US as a tourist(spanish citizens don't need visas as tourists for 90 days), organize things and then leave again to get my visa stamped in for example Toronto?
Thanks again. I appreciate your patience answering my questions
