Hello

I am going to visit UK for a business trip. I am going to file AP, EAD and I-485 soon. After I apply my AP, EAD and I-485, can I travel with H1-Visa ?
I think I cannot get an approval of AP before the trip and my H1-B visa will be expired on March, 2006.

I've had a H1-B visa stamp on my passport.

If I get the AP before the trip, which one of H1-B or AP is better ?

Modunet,

You can use either H1 or AP to enter US. However, your H1b becomes invalid after the first use of AP.

So decided with caution...
