Are there problems in travelling with in USA by air when your 485 is pending and AP expired but stamping at last entry says aos pending 09/2003?
I did not bother to get AP since it is taking lot of time at this time.
I have had 2 aps before. The recent one expired in May 2003.

Do not travel with expired AP

You need to have a valid AP to enter the coutry no matter what stamp you have on your I-94 card or Passport. I-94 will be anyway taken away from you when you leave the country. The airline itself may refuse to let you travel, as it becomes their liablity if you are not admitted to USA.

No problems

If it is within US you should not have a problem, you need not carry the passport to travel within the US.An ID which could be your drivers license should be enough.

You do not need an AP to travel within the US. However, when you are travelling you should always take your supporting documentation with you, especially if you are visiting border states.

U dont need an AP to travel inside US.
Only when travelling abroad and entering US - u need a valid AP.
Do not take into consideration the paroled until date, but the AP expiry date.

Thank you for all your replies. I will travelling within US. So drivers license is what is needed. Also iam not going into border states.
