Hi guys, My mother came to this country by crossing the border, later she was granted asylum, I am thinking to take her on a vacation, so can she use Refugee travel document to travel and come back safely? Is she under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, thank you!
