Hi, My I-140 and I-485 are filed in Aug. My EAD and AP are both pending. Right now, my boss wants me to go to Canada for a business trip. I don't know if it will be smart to go out of US right now. I still have a valid I-94 and H-1B approve notice. I talked to my lawyer today, he said it would be ok but he was a little bit hesitated. I do not know if I should go.
