Dear All need opinion!
I have applied for I-140 / I485
I have approved I-140
me and my wife's I-485 is pending
She was on F1 VISA while applying
Now she finished her course.
now she is visiting INDIA for month (already gone)
she plans to use AP to reenter.
will that be any problem?
I hope not right?
well i am not travelling I am very much here with approved H1B VISA papers!
 
Does your wife has in her hand approved AP?

Then no problem she can enter after showing her AP. She would be inspected separately by an immigration officer at the airport before entering. She might have to face some silly questions based on your immigration. Nothing serious. Dont worry.
