Travel Problem

Gurus, my family need to go to India next month and they will not be back before 28 May. Since my RD is first week of july 2001, I\'m actully waiting for approval. What happens if our cases got approved and my wife & kids are not here. Is it necessary for them to be here ? What are the complications ? Once I got the approval notice after that is it fix date for passport stamping ? I appreciate your experience/suggestion(s).

You should check with a lawyer to be sure

I think it should not be a problem. You do not have to get your passport stamped. It is a temporary measure till you get the plastic cards If they have AP it will be fine
