Travel Problem....any ideas?

I didn't think I'd be posting here again after my case (wac-02-042) was approved 8 months ago, but my INS nightmare is not over. For some reason my wife's case (also wac-02-042) wasn't approved and has stayed in a pending state. We need to go back to the UK to christen our son in December but my wife doesn't have advance parole. We have a pending 131 (received aug 25th) but this is unlikely to come through in time. A Christening is unlikely to qualify as an emergency, so that won't work. My attorney's faxed them and that's done nothing. I got up at 2am and went to downtown LA only to be told to **** off at the door. We're considering going back to the UK and not coming back, nothing's worth this ****. Sorry for the emotional outburst but I really ******* hate the INS or BCIS or whatever they call themselves, why do they insist on making our lives so difficult?

Any ideas appreciated.

thats what they want..

Thats what they really want, frustarate and torture so much that finally one has to "go back". INS should be renamed as "anti-immigration and un-naturalization service".

I just do not understand, why don't they ban all immigration explicitly and let everybody live in peace.

Why do you need a Parole??

SickofWait:

Being a UK citizen, you don't need a Visa to enter US. Having said that why do you need a parole to enter US back?

Your wife can come back as a visitor visa and can visit Canade with AP and return as Adjustee..

Check with your lawyer for sure..

Thanks
