Travel Outside

HI,
Me and my wife have a valid visa untill Feb2004. We also have EAD's. I am still working on H1, my wife is working on her EAD. Do we need to have AP to travel outside the country. I contacted my attorney and they said if we have a multiple entry visa we do not need an AP.
I just want to know if any one had done the same thing.

If your travel back date to US is before Feb 2004/your H1 Expiration Date ... you have no need to worry.

If you have to travel after Feb 2004, or return to US after Feb 2004 .... you need to either renew your H1 or need to get AP to re-enter US.
 
Even if Wife is working on EAD

Just want to point out that my wife is working on EAD. Even then would she be able to travel outside and return to US before FEb2004 with out an AP.
 
Since your wife is working on EAD, she needs AP.
If the primary applicant is contiuning to work using H1 but the dependent is using EAD then dependent needs AP for travelling abroad. In case if the primary had used EAD then all the applicants need AP.
