Travel outside USA while my L1 extension under process

can one travel outside USA while his L1 extension has been filed (since first 3 years are about to be over) and come back 30 days before expiration of the current L1.

will there be any legal problem if his L1 extension gets approved while the person is outside USA ?

will there be any problem if the L1 extension is in process and the person has gone out of USA for some time (for a week) ?

Will there be any problem while entering into USA, if only 30 days are left on current L1 ?

will they seek for L1 extension notice while entering into USA, I have only the L1 extension receipt number ?

Since you are not changing employers, I think, you are good to go ... please carry enough eveidence of visa extension.
