My H1 application is filed at Vermont service center (change of status from H4 to H1) regular process, it been 81 days and there is no response from Vermont. I wanted to find out firstly that is it possible to travel out of US when the application is filed at USCIS, if yes what's the procedure? secondly why is it taking so long at Vermont seems to be stuck at 3rd April when others are moving ahead & do they have to give an answer by the 30th of September as the H1 starts from the 1st of October?
