I know this question has been thrown around a lot over the internet and the answer to whether you can travel while on OPT with a job-offer is 'yes' but I still keep hearing friends who say its safe NOT to travel outside the country and wait till you get an H1.
My question is - Have you ever heard of somebody being denied a reentry to US while on OPT with a job (PT or FT)? I will start working part-time as soon as my EAD is processed (Feb 15 at the latest) and plan to travel in April'10.
