My OPT expires in december (31st) so can i travel in November?? My H1B petition is filed (for higher education institute) but with a starting date of 1/1/2007, so even it get approved early my status won't change untill 1/1/2007. Does that mean i will be on F1-OPT status when i go outside the country in November? So will that be alright to trvael?
