Travel on OPT Need Advice URGENT!!

I am working on OPT

My F1 Visa will expire on Jan 2005

My I-20 Expires on Dec 31 2003

I Have OPT valid till Dec 31 2004

Can i go in Feb 2004 and return back with a Valid visa

Can i Renew my I-20 for anbother 6 months as my thesis is still pending till May 2004
