Hi, i had a qestion and was wondering if someone could answer it.
I have an H1B and was working in Company A, and had got the visa stamped on my Passport. The expiry date of the visa is 30Apr2006.
I had to change my job mid 2005 and Company B transfered my H1B visa, but have not gone back to India (I am from India) since and so have not therefore got my visa stamped again.
I now have to go on an conference to Europe for about a week - The question is:
-would I be allowed to return to the US on the visa (and visa transfer notice) I have, or would I have to go back to India to get the visa stamped??

ps: I do not have any i-485 issues as i havent filed for the green card as yet
