I am here on L1B Ind with my wife on L2. Both our Visas are valid till March 2005 and I94 till Dec 23rd' 2004.
I submitted the docs for extension of my and my wife's I94 to my Company's visa processing section.
I wish to travel to India on vacation around 10th of December to return in first week of January. I would not have got my I94 extension processed by 10th December. If my extension gets okayed while I am on leave, can I return back to US without problems at port of entry? Will I have to take any prior permissions to travel? Is it advisable that I wait till I get my I94 extension sanctioned before I go?
