travel on H1

My I-140 (NIW)/I-485/EAD/AP are being processed currently. My wife is planning to visit India on valid H1 visa. I was wondering what if I-140 is approved while she is out of the country. Does she require the Advance parole to get back in? Thanks for the info.

H1B is of duel intent nature.I beleive she has not used EAD by now.
she can use H1 for returning with out problem.
