Travel on H1 with AP pending

Hi All,

I have a H1b valid visa stamp in my passport until august 2004 and my AP filed on dec 03, 2003 and still pending.

Will there be any serious consequences if i travel on H1 visa with AP pending.

Does anyone know, if we travel with AP and vaid H1 visa with I-94
what are the documents we have to submit before we leave the US airport?

Also what are the docs we have to show them at the time of entry to the country?

I am planning to travel with AP, but also have a valid H1 visa with I-94. do I have to use the H1 docs anywhere on my travel?

No, As long as you come back in using H1 (even if AP is approved) then you dont have any risk of any issue (POE supervisor asking why did you travel out of US before AP approval)
And you can use AP beyond aug 2004.
