Hi,
I just wonder if it is safe to travel on H-1B while AP is pending?
Before filing I-140/I-485/EAD/AP, I checked with our attorney assistant and she said I can travel on H-1B as long as I get my receipt notices. Yesterday I found out my friend has to get married in mid-January because of family issue. So I confirmed with the attorney assistant again and she told me if I travel while AP is pending, I'll invalidate my AP. She said it is okay because I can always file another one after I am back.
I'm worried about invalidating AP but I really don't want to miss my best friend's wedding. Any one with similar experience? Any advice?
