Travel on AP

I had H1B and I94 valid till Oct 1, 2000. Before, the expiration of H1B/I94, I received EAD and AP. Currently, I\'m working on EAD (H1B/I94 are already expired). Now, I need to travel and have to use AP to re-enter US.

Can somebody answer following questions?

1. Do I have to give the expired I94 to the airline when I leave the country?

2. Will I receive a new I94 at the POE when I enter US using my AP? What should be the expiration date on tha AP?

Advance Parole

At the Air Port your old I-94 will be taken. New I-94 will be given to you when you enter the country.
Advance Parole (Travel Document)is valid for one year, but you can apply for a renewal 90 days before it is expiring.
