Hi All, I was initially doing my j1 waiver in al,completed 3 yrs however H1 b expired aug 20th ,employer sent extention on aug 18th.to extend visa to dec 15th but without lca,INS requested LCA,this was sent oct 1st,04.INS approved H1b extention from Oct 1 to Dec 15th04but with consular notification,Meanwhile ,using my own lawyer,appld for H1 tranfer to a different job.Got approved 01/05 with I 94 for 5 yrs also appld for niwi140 plus i485 plus advance parole 01/05 got approval 04/05 includind EAD.Need to travel out of country ,is it safe given the gap,even though i have AP,can I go to uS embassy in my country to get Visa in passport or is it probably not the best idea??
