Travel on AP

Folks,

My 485 is pending (applied Dec 23, 2002)., I have a valid AP and I'm on EAD.

I'm planning to visit India in a month. Would it be sufficient if I have my AP's with me or....??

Also, what happens if my 485 gets approved while I'm in India?

It doesnt hurt you for carrying AP along with you. When your 485 gets approved while you are back in India, you cannot enter US on H1B as you are now a permanent resident.

So, when you have a AP, I dont see if AP is that heavy that you cannot carry it.. Just kidding.. Take your AP along with you always.
