Travel on AP

Me and my wife are I-485 pending. We are intending to travel to India this month on AP. My wife will spend 4 months and I would be there for 2 months. Our AP expires on Feb. 2005. Is it ok to spend so much time away while our I-485 is pending. BTW we got our FP done in March.

Should be ok. I have stayed upto 3 months outside the US as well as traveled several times using an AP and there have been no problems.
