I have gotten confused after reading various threads on AP travel. I have recently lost my job and want to travel to India urgently. I have a valid EAD, valid AP and a H1B too. Do I need a employment verificaiton letter from my employer for travel. What other documents need to be carried along.
I have read experiences of people et al but is there a categoric rule stating if any document is needed from the employer.
