My AP/EAD is approved on Aug-04. My employer has two companies and the GC(abc) is applied thru one of them and the other company is holding my H1(xyz). 140 and 485 are still pending.
We are planning to come back on AP. Can you please tell me ,what are the document that I need to carry? Do I need to carry any document/ proof saying those two companies are owned by same person or anything like that ?
Please help me....
