My AP is expiring on December 20th. I already have applied for AP renewal in last month. Who knows how long it will take to get this renewal.
My question is - if I go out side of US without a valid AP and then when my AP will get approved, my lawyer can send me it to me in Bangladesh. Will there be any problem to come to US using that AP?
I have heard that there is a new law that says you needs to take valid AP with you before you leave US! Is this true? Dose anyone have any experience?
