Travel on AP/H1

Hi,

I have a H1B visa on my passport which expires on Aug, 2003 and i also have a current AP (Advance Parole) and i am travelling, so which is better to use while coming back - h1 or AP?

If you are not near H1 6 year ceiling, use H1. If you have H1 time then better use that. There is no advantage in using EAD unless you want to change your job. Basic thing is it depends upon your current situation. Provide full details.

Important thing how is your relation with your employer? Do you feel will he play games with you? If you expect co-operation (if not co-operation at least not creating problems) then use EAD. It does not matter much in your case.
