I and my wife got Adv. parole vaild for 08/2005. But my current H1/H4 stamping expired.

Now a days, visa stamping for 7th H1 ext. is risky and denying on 221(g) reasons,
I wanna re-enter US on AP, do we still need to go to Consulate in india for finger printing? is finger printing in home country mandatory now.

What about people who got H1/revaildation stamping here in USA and got H1 till 2007. Do they still got to finger-printed in consulate/embassy in India?

I appreciate your answers.

If you have valid AP then you can just use it without doing anything in your home country. You dont need any kind of FP for AP.

fast_gc_seeker,

Thanks for info.
But, some folks are saying that FP is must anyone coming to US nomatter what type of visa as USCIS issued new biometrics.
Do folks on AP exempted from it?
