Hello Guys, I would appreciate if any of you help me in this regard. I entered on H4 in the year 2003. Latter I converted my status from H4 to H1. After my H1 approval, I have never gone out of country for any stamp approval etc. Now I am planning to visit China on business using AP. My question is when I go out of USA, should I submit my H4-I 94 at the airport (that I got while entering the country)?

I do not have original copy of my approved H1 with me (it is with company's attorney), so not the I-94 slip slip we see at the bottom part of H1 approval notice.

Thank you very much guys, in advance. Please help!

The bottom part of your h1b approval has a new I-94 that you need to return together with your old h4 I-94 attached to each other. So get your h1b approval from your atterney. Also make a copy of it and keep it for your records just in case.
