My I140 has been approved and 485 was pending for more than 180 days when got laid off in June. Recieved my EAD/AP earlier this year before I got sacked. I just got a new job offer and plan to join them on EAD.
1. Can I travel on my AP before joining my new employer ? Or is it safe to travel on AP after I join the new employer ?
2. What questions are asked on POE when using the AP ? Specifically about the sponsor ? Who is supposed to be my sponsor , my previous company ?
3. Does staying laid off while 485 pending makes my stay unlawful ?
