My Wife is on H-4 and has travelled to India. We filed 485 and rcvd parole. Does she have to come back on Parole or can she come on H-4. My H-1 is still valid with my company (not on EAD)

She can come back on H4. Don\'t show any of the 485 documents at the port of entry. Just walk in as if you never applied for 485.
