Folks - this is my scenario. I got approved EAD and AP, but I don't plan to use it.
I have H1B till May 2008, but not stamped in the Passport. I will apply for H1B extension (3 yrs) in Dec 2007 (based on approved I140). Plan to get that stamped, and then go to India sometime in Feb 2008.
The reason for using H1B and not AP or EAD is - get married, and bring the spouse on H4. After I bring my spouse I plan to add as derivate to I-485 (if not yet approved by that time)
Do you guys forsee any problems here i.e. while traveling?
Any advice? Suggestions? Comments. I would really appreciate that.
