I am currently on TN Visa (Canadian) for the past one year. My H1B got approved and is effective October 2025 and I haven't got converted to H1B yet.
I am intending to travel outside US for family emergency. I intend to re-enter US with TN and get converted to H1B later.
Some people are saying that if I re-enter US on TN then my H1B will get invalidated and I cannot convert later. Is this true?
